IPL 2019 in danger !!!

There is a serious chance that IPL 2019 will not be held in India because of 2019 elections .In 2009 something similar happens and the whole tournament shifted to South Africa.Even in 2014 the initial phase of tournament was shifted to United Arab Emirates .The tournament was not affected that much financially but the owners where upset.There are 3 possible things that can be done
1.It can be held in South Africa.
2.It can be held in UAE
3.It can be held in small cities.
